It’s my birthday, but I don’t want gifts… I just want this.

Dear friends and family,

This year, I turn 34. And instead of gifts, I’m asking for something much more powerful:

To help 34 people reclaim their health — and become part of the moment they shift from illness to wellness.

I created this non-profit to support people who are burned out, broken down, and barely holding it together. It’s for everyone who has felt lost, confused, and dismissed in the medical system — I’m sure you can relate to this feeling.

As a society, we are struggling to find true healing, reliable and safe medical information and education, and natural solutions over pills and band-aids. These solutions are exactly what we offer through the Heishman Healing Foundation. 

So here’s my birthday wish: Raise $3,400 together — enough to give 34 people natural health care through hormone balancing, personalized nutrition, and nervous system regulation.
